Terms & Conditions
A legal disclaimer for The Divine Voyage
Terms & Conditions- Please in its entirety
Having said that, Terms and Conditions (“T&C”) are a set of legally binding terms defined by you, as the owner of this website. The T&C set forth the legal boundaries governing the activities of the website visitors, or your customers, while they visit or engage with this website. The T&C are meant to establish the legal relationship between the site visitors and you as the website owner.
T&C should be defined according to the specific needs and nature of each website. For example, a website offering products to customers in e-commerce transactions requires T&C that are different from the T&C of a website only providing information (like a blog, a landing page, and so on).
T&C provide you as the website owner the ability to protect yourself from potential legal exposure, but this may differ from jurisdiction to jurisdiction, so make sure to receive local legal advice if you are trying to protect yourself from legal exposure.
Effective Date: October 11, 2026
Welcome to The Divine Voyage.
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of The Divine Voyage website, participation in Divine Voyage programs and private events, applications, registrations, purchases made through SINC Event Curators, and other services specifically provided by SINC Event Curators.
The Divine Voyage is produced by SINC Event Curators.

The experience may include private entertainment, parties, competitions, game shows, social programming, VIP experiences, marketplace activities, and other curated events.
All programming is subject to change.
2. ROYAL CARIBBEAN IS A SEPARATE COMPANY
Royal Caribbean operates the cruise ship and provides the underlying cruise transportation, accommodations, shipboard services, and other cruise-line services.
SINC Event Curators does not own or operate Wonder of the Seas.
Cruise reservations may therefore be subject to separate Royal Caribbean terms, conditions, policies, passenger contracts, safety requirements, cancellation rules, and operational decisions.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to replace or modify applicable Royal Caribbean terms.
Guests are responsible for reviewing and complying with all applicable cruise-line requirements.

Prices may vary based on:

Guests are responsible for submitting required payments by the stated deadlines.
Failure to make payments when due may result in cancellation, loss of inventory, or other consequences described in the applicable booking terms.
